- If you refuse an order delivery, we may deduct the return shipping cost to our warehouse from your refund.

- We strive to adhere to the indicated delivery time; however, unforeseen circumstances might cause delays.
- We cannot split a single order to deliver to multiple addresses. In such cases, place two separate orders online.
- To cancel an order before receiving the order confirmation, contact our Customer Service.
- Merely returning the products, refusing delivery, or failing to receive a delivery will not be acknowledged as a cancellation notice.
