We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Despite our efforts to safely package your order for delivery, accidents can occur. If you receive a damaged or imperfect product, please send an email to our Customer Service promptly at admin@ittcuk.com, available from 9am to 5pm GMT, Monday to Friday, for further assistance.
Return Instructions
If you are dissatisfied with a product, you have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to return it, provided it is unused and in its original condition. For any questions, feel free to reach out to our Customer Service advisors.
To return a product, send it to the following address through a courier of your choice and at your expense:

Please include your name and order number on the parcel to facilitate your refund. Alternatively, we can arrange a courier pickup for a £10 fee, deductible from your refund. This service is available Monday to Friday between 9am and 7pm.
Please note that unless otherwise confirmed by our Customer Service in writing or stated in the Sales Terms, you will be responsible for the return costs.

Defective or Incorrect Deliveries
In case of defects or incorrect deliveries, contact our Customer Service promptly, providing clear photographic evidence of the issue. We will facilitate the return pickup, covering the associated costs unless stated otherwise in the Sales Terms.
Replacements are subject to stock availability; otherwise, a refund will be issued to the original payment card within 30 days of receiving the returned product.
Lost Packages
We cannot issue credits for lost returns without a delivery proof.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order before receiving the confirmation, contact our Customer Service. Merely returning the products or refusing delivery does not constitute a cancellation.
